Instructions for use: if not otherwise prescribed; 5 to 7 drops, 3 to 4 times a day, in water, directly in the mouth. You can also use an empty 30ml pipette bottle.  fill the pipette bottle with spring water and add the essences of your choice. This means that you can use your stock bottles considerably longer.
